Who operates Bali Seaplane Tour?
Bali Seaplane Tour is published by Juara Holding Group, an independent coordination desk established in 2015. We are not an airline, not a seaplane operator, and not a subsidiary or agent of Santai Seaplane, Aman Air, Mason Adventures, or any other operator named on this site. We do not hold a Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) air operator certificate. When we arrange a flight, we are booking on your behalf with a licensed third-party operator, and that operator — not Juara Holding Group — carries the flight, the aircraft, the crew and the airworthiness responsibility.
We are also not a licensed financial, legal, tax or immigration adviser. Nothing on this site should be read as advice in any of those areas; where a page touches visa rules, taxation or contracts, treat it as general orientation only and confirm current requirements with the relevant Indonesian authority or a licensed professional before you act.

Any figure you see elsewhere on this site for those on-request themes is illustrative, not a quote. A real price only exists once an operator confirms aircraft availability, routing, permits and weather for your specific date, and we pass that confirmed figure to you in writing before you pay anything.
Which seaplane experience is actually a scheduled product?
As of September 2026, the only scheduled seaplane sightseeing product departing Bali that we could verify from an operator’s own page is the South Bali coastline loop described above: wheels-up from Ngurah Rai Airport, roughly 40 minutes, no water landing published on that route. We also reference the Nusa Penida sightseeing circuit described on Mason Adventures’ “Majestic Coastline Flight” page (dated 20 September 2025, updated 16 November 2025) — a route over Kelingking Beach, Crystal Bay, Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan for up to 5 passengers — purely as evidence that the sightseeing circuit exists in the market. That page does not state the aircraft is a seaplane, and we do not present it as a seaplane fare.
What about North Bali, volcano, sunset and combo flights?
These themes are not scheduled products. We describe them on this site as arranged on request through licensed partners, quoted per aircraft rather than per seat, and subject to operator availability, permits, air traffic control clearance and weather. A daylight VFR flight near Mount Agung (3,031 metres) additionally depends on the current PVMBG volcanic alert level and any ash advisory in effect on your travel date. We also note a planned amphibian route linking Benoa Harbour with Pang Pang Bay in Banyuwangi, reported for an early-to-mid-2026 start using a roughly 16-18 seat Twin Otter; that is a point-to-point transfer service under a different operator, not a Bali sightseeing product, and we flag it as prospective, not confirmed.
How is passenger safety and airworthiness regulated?
Seaplane and waterbase operations in Indonesia sit under DGCA Manual of Standards CASR Part 139 Volume III (Seaplane Bases/Waterbases), which adapts FAA Advisory Circular 150/5395-1. A waterbase is legally an airport and must be certified or registered; the Air Transportation Directorate General issues Water Aerodrome Certificates, as it did for the Bawah Island route from Batam operating since 25 May 2017. Aircraft maintenance, crew licensing, and go/no-go weather decisions are the responsibility of the certified operator and its DGCA oversight, not of Juara Holding Group. We do not inspect aircraft, and we make no representation about any operator’s safety record beyond what that operator publishes.
Do we collect and protect your personal data?
Yes, and we handle it under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022, “UU PDP”). If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or a form on this site, we collect only what you send us — name, contact details, travel dates and preferences — and use it solely to prepare and confirm your seaplane inquiry with an operator. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it beyond the operator needed to fulfil your specific request.
If you are contacting us from the European Union, United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with GDPR-style protections, we apply the same data-minimisation approach: we keep only what a booking requires, for as long as the booking or a legal record-keeping duty requires it, and you may ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to bd@juaraholding.com.
What are the booking and liability terms?
A quote is not a confirmed booking; a booking is confirmed only once the operator accepts it and we send you written confirmation. Deposits, cancellation windows and refund terms are set by the operator handling your flight and will be stated in your written quote before you pay. Juara Holding Group’s role is limited to coordination: we are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, weather diversions, medical emergencies in the air, or loss arising from the operator’s conduct, though we will assist you in escalating any issue to the operator in good faith.
Do we publish reviews, ratings or awards?
No. This site does not display customer reviews, star ratings, review-aggregator scores or award claims for Bali Seaplane Tour or for any operator named here, and we have not built any structured data (schema markup) that implies ratings or awards exist.
