These Terms of Service govern your use of baliseaplanetour.com and any booking request you submit to the Juara Holding Group coordination desk. In short: we arrange your seaplane sightseeing flight with a licensed Bali operator, the flight contract is between you and that operator, and weather or airspace decisions are theirs alone — never ours.
Who Runs This Site and Who Do I Actually Fly With?
Baliseaplanetour.com is published and operated by Juara Holding Group, an independent booking and coordination desk established in 2015. We are not a seaplane operator, we do not own or crew any aircraft, and we are not affiliated with Santai Seaplane, Aman Air, Mason Adventures or any other operator named on this site. When you send a booking request, we forward it to a licensed partner able to fly your requested route. Once that operator confirms your seat, the contract of carriage — the legal agreement covering your flight — exists between you and the operator, not between you and Juara Holding Group.
We use operator names and public product details, such as Santai Seaplane’s published Fly Scenic Bali flight, only as reference points so you know what currently exists. Mentioning an operator is not a claim that we represent them.
How Do Quotes and Prices Work?
Every quote we send carries a date and a validity period, usually seven days from issue unless the document states otherwise. As of September 2026, the only scheduled seaplane sightseeing product we track is a 40-minute South Bali coastal flight departing and returning at Ngurah Rai Airport, Denpasar, on a Cessna Caravan 208 EX Amphibian seating up to 8 guests. Per the operator’s published figures, this flight is offered on a full-aircraft charter basis, with any ‘per guest’ figures representing a notional split of the full aircraft price. Where we convert that figure to USD for your convenience, we label it clearly as our own estimate at the exchange rate on the quote date, not an operator-published fare.
Routes over North Bali, Menjangan, Mount Agung, Mount Batur, sunset-timed departures, or lunch and resort day-pass combinations are not published scheduled products anywhere we have found as of this writing. If you request one, we will ask licensed partners for a custom quote, priced per aircraft and subject to permits, air traffic control clearance and weather. We never present a custom quote as a confirmed, standing product until an operator has actually accepted your specific date and route.
What Are the Deposit, Balance and Cancellation Terms?
Deposit percentage, balance due date, and cancellation penalties are set by the confirmed operator, not by the desk, and must reach you in writing before you send any payment. We will not accept a deposit on your behalf until that written operator policy has been shared with you and you have confirmed you accept it.
| Stage | What You Should Receive Before Paying |
|---|---|
| Quote issued | Route, aircraft type, duration, guest cap, price, validity date |
| Deposit requested | Operator’s cancellation schedule, refund conditions, rebooking policy |
| Balance due | Confirmed departure slot, check-in time, weight and ID requirements |
| Weather reschedule | Operator’s written rebooking or refund terms for that specific case |
If an operator changes its policy after your deposit is paid, we will relay the change to you in writing and you may cancel without further obligation if the new terms are materially worse than what you agreed to.
Who Decides If the Flight Actually Flies?
Every go/no-go decision — weather, cloud ceiling, wind, visibility, volcanic ash advisories tied to PVMBG alert levels for Mount Agung, or any other operational factor — rests solely with the operator’s pilot-in-command and Air Transportation Directorate General air traffic control. Seaplane sightseeing in Bali operates under daylight visual flight rules only; there is no night flying. Neither the desk nor the guest can override a pilot’s or controller’s decision, and we make no promise that any booked slot will depart on schedule.
What Should I Expect to See and Bring?
We do not guarantee specific landmarks, light conditions or wildlife sightings on any flight; scenic routing depends on the operator’s flight plan for that day and prevailing conditions. Dry-season months (May–October) typically give clearer air than the November–March wet season, when afternoon storms raise cancellation risk — this is general Bali climate knowledge, not an operator forecast for your date.
Before departure, you are responsible for providing accurate body weight (aircraft weight-and-balance rules are strict on small seaplanes), a valid passport or ID matching your booking name, arrival at check-in on time, and confirming you are medically fit to fly. An operator may refuse boarding for inaccurate weight declarations or late arrival, and that refusal does not obligate the desk to refund the operator’s non-refundable costs.

What Are the Limits on Liability?
Juara Holding Group’s liability is limited to the coordination service we provide: sourcing, quoting and communicating your request accurately. We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, injury, loss, or damage arising from the operator’s aircraft, crew, or in-flight conduct — those liabilities sit with the operator under its own insurance and the contract of carriage you enter with them directly. We are not a licensed financial, legal, or tax adviser, and nothing on this site is financial or legal advice.
How Do We Handle Your Personal Data?
We collect only what is needed to process your booking request — name, contact details, passport information, and weight where an operator requires it — under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, UU PDP (Law 27/2022). Data is shared only with the operator handling your confirmed flight and is not sold or used for unrelated purposes. If you are contacting us from the European Union or another GDPR jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to bd@juaraholding.com; we will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with both frameworks.
What Law Governs These Terms?
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or the coordination service is subject to Indonesian jurisdiction, without prejudice to any separate governing-law clause the operator states in its own contract of carriage with you.
How Do I Reach the Desk?
For quotes, booking questions, or terms clarification, contact the Juara Holding Group coordination desk on WhatsApp at 6281139414563 or by email at bd@juaraholding.com. These terms are dated September 2026 and are subject to change without prior notice as operator policies and Indonesian seaplane-base regulation evolve; the version published on this page at the time of your booking request applies to you.
